### Responsibilities

-   Assist senior designers in developing 2D design boards and 3D renderings for residential and small commercial projects.
-   Conduct research on materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with client needs and project aesthetics.
-   Support the preparation and organization of full design development packages tailored to individual clients.
-   Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure cohesive and timely project deliverables.
-   Manage digital files and maintain organized project documentation for efficient workflow.
-   Participate in client communications and meetings, supporting the delivery of an elevated client experience.
-   Contribute creative ideas that reflect intentional living, refined aesthetics, and functional beauty.

## Requirements

-   Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
-   Strong proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools.
-   Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a remote work environment.
-   Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed, digital team while maintaining clear communication.
-   A passion for thoughtful, timeless design and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
