## Description

**Lavipharm** is seeking a **Sales Specialist Medical Cannabis - Pharmacy** based in Athens, reporting to the Lead Marketing & Sales Medical Cannabis. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating pharmacy staff, processing orders and ensuring product availability across the pharmacy channel, so that patients receive their prescribed treatment accurately, on time and in full compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Executes sales and marketing strategies designed to secure maximum market potential and customer satisfaction
-   Develops strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
-   Implements Sales Action Plans and Key Objectives Strategies in his territory, programs and budgets of expenses for assigned products
-   Builds effective business relationships with Health Care Partners, Key Accounts and Customers
-   Collaborates with other Specialists Medical Cannabis to enhance product adoption and build strong network among HCPs
-   Collects and shares inputs from field intel and KOL interactions with key stakeholders
-   Fulfils and monitors trade marketing requirements concerning our products (POP materials, promotions etc)

## Requirements

-   Experience in the pharmaceutical or health care industry
-   Pharmacy Channel Experience will consider as an asset
-   Strong account management skills
-   Strong organizational and analytical skills
-   Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
-   Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail and knowledge around metrics
