## Description

Lavipharm is seeking a Lawyer, based in Athens, who will be responsible to manage high-stakes legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**

-   Prepares and reviews legal and corporate documentation (including agreements and contracts of a wide range of commercial law subject matters, decisions of the companies’ constitutional bodies etc.) 
-   Responds with accuracy on a timely manner 
-   Prepares litigation documents such as pleadings, motions , and briefs  
-   Proactively conducts advanced legal research, prepares and executes analytical methods to implement relevant legal changes  
-   Presents documentation (including reports, graphs and diagrams) to pinpoint problems and finds solutions 
-   Maintains accurate project development records and data files 
-   Provides clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization  
-   Maintains current knowledge of alterations in legislation 
-   Collaborates with internal departments to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

## Requirements

-   Bachelor degree in Law (BSc) or Master degree (MA)
-   3-5 years of experience in a Corporate environment 
-   Experience in pharmaceutical company will be considered as an asset 
-   Excellent Knowledge of the English language 
-   Computer literacy 
-   Good knowledge of the structure, implementation and operation of corporate compliance programs preferably in the healthcare setting.
