**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and Mandarin-English bilingual U.S. Immigration Paralegal to join our growing remote legal team in Asia. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment.

This role requires a proactive professional who can communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English while working collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff to deliver exceptional support to clients throughout various stages of the immigration process.

**Key Responsibilities** 

-   Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
-   Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and correspondence related to immigration matters
-   Communicate with clients in both Mandarin and English to gather information, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
-   Maintain organized and accurate digital case files to ensure efficient case tracking and document management
-   Manage and update CRM and case management systems, including platforms such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and [Monday.com](http://monday.com)
-   Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination
-   Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal support staff on case preparation, strategy, and workflow management
-   Utilize legal technology and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, organization, and overall case management processes

**Qualifications** 

-   Minimum of 2 years of experience working in U.S. immigration law (required)
-   Law degree preferred; attorney admission in any U.S. state is highly preferred but not required
-   Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal (required)
-   Experience with legal case management and CRM systems such as PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, and Monday.com
-   Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities
-   Ability to work independently while maintaining close attention to detail and accuracy
-   Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance work product and efficiency is highly preferred
-   Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup (required)

**Working Hours:** 

The scheduling for this role is flexible; however, team members are required to maintain a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with the firm’s operating hours in Pacific Time (PT), subject to operational needs and team coordination.
