You’ll work genuinely across the stack, contributing to new projects and supporting the applications our customers already rely on. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-focused software. **What you'll do:** - Building responsive web applications in JavaScript/TypeScript using modern frameworks such as SvelteKit or Next.js - Designing, building and maintaining reliable backend services and APIs in C#/.NET - Working hands-on with LLMs and evaluating emerging AI tooling to solve real customer problems - Collaborating with our DevOps team to deploy and run services in the cloud - Contributing to architectural decisions and to the technical direction of the team - Writing tests, squashing bugs and maintaining the health of existing systems - Collaborating in agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives - Working collaboratively with team members and a variety of other LEAP personnel ## Requirements **What you’ll bring** This is a mid-level role, and you’ll need around 2 – 4 years’ commercial experience building software across both front-end and back-end. You will also need: - Solid experience building services and APIs with C#/.NET - Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, with a modern front-end framework such as React or Svelte - Hands-on experience with a cloud platform like AWS is a plus - Practical experience building with LLMs or other emerging AI technologies - Experience working with RESTful APIs and a sound understanding of database design - Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills - Excellent collaboration and communication skills  - Self-motivation and a desire to take ownership of your work ## Benefits **You are the type of person who** LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
