Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll lead three engineering pods, helping teams deliver high quality software while building a strong engineering culture. The team mainly build products using Typescript, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, and modern AI technologies, with opportunities to explore and introduce new approaches where they add value. While this role is primarily focused on leadership, delivery, and team development, you'll work closely with engineers and Lead Engineers to help shape technical direction and engineering excellence.
