## Description

As a DevOps Team Manager / Scrum Master, you will lead and execute the team’s DevOps strategy while remaining closely involved in the technical direction of infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes. You will take ownership of ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance, while guiding the team in building and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems. In parallel, you will drive Agile execution—facilitating delivery, removing blockers, and aligning stakeholders to ensure the team consistently delivers high-impact, business-critical outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include: 

-   Lead and execute a scalable, secure DevOps strategy to support high system availability and business continuity 
-   Own and prioritize the DevOps backlog, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and business value 
-   Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring systems to optimize deployment efficiency 
-   Ensure system performance, reliability, and security across all platforms and applications 
-   Manage, mentor, and develop the DevOps team, driving a high-performance and growth-oriented culture 
-   Set clear team goals, track performance metrics, and support continuous skill development 
-   Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure delivery consistency 
-   Remove blockers, improve workflows, and promote strong collaboration across engineering and business teams 
-   Act as the key liaison with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and priorities 
-   Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and leveraging AI/tools to enhance DevOps processes

## Requirements

-   At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role)
-   Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Agile Scrum Master certification (strongly preferred)
