**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Social Media team and create engaging visual and video content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in motion graphics and animation, and the ability to turn creative concepts into compelling content. You will work closely with the Social Media team to develop campaigns that drive engagement and strengthen our brand across multiple platforms. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual who stays up to date with social media trends and visual storytelling.

**Main Responsibilities**

-   Design eye-catching social media banners, graphics, and ad creatives tailored to multiple platforms.
-   Produce high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, and reels that resonate with our audience.
-   Collaborate closely with the social media team to develop visual campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
-   Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform best practices, and design tools to keep content fresh and engaging.
-   Adapt content for multiple formats, ensuring optimal performance across platforms.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media Design or any other relevant field. 
-   At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic & Motion Designer, Motion Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role, ideally within the Forex / FinTech industry. 
-   Excellent command of English, additional languages is a plus. 
-   Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, social media creatives, and video content.
-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator), Figma, or similar design tools.
-   Solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and best practices.
-   Strong sense of visual storytelling, animation, typography, layout, and design principles.
-   Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools will be considered a plus.
