**This is a remote position based out of Oklahoma City and requires some travel. A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.**

**Essential Functions:**

-   Tasks aimed at managing and filing medical liens for patients involved in personal injury claims.
-   Coordination with Healthcare Providers. Work closely with healthcare providers to obtain the necessary documentation, such as medical records and billing information.
-   Communication with Legal Professionals
-   Patient Support and record keeping
-   Lien Filing Compliance and Policy Adherence
-   Work collaboratively with other team members within the organization to streamline processes and improve the overall effectiveness of lien management.
-   Filing liens either in person or online is integral to this position.
-   Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

## Requirements

-   **A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation is required.**
-   High School or GED required.
-   Knowledge of or experience with the personal injury legal process, medical billing, or insurance claims processing is a plus.
-   Self-motivated with a desire to build great relationships and to meet and exceed goals.
-   Ability to multitask while on the phone and the computer is necessary.
-   Able to adapt to change and pivot quickly between tasks.
-   Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
-   Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers.
-   Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
