This role exists to lead the replenishment team — communicating instructions clearly, training team members, keeping the work area safe, and jumping in on fulfillment duties when the operation needs it. You set the standard the team works to. ## Requirements **What You Know and Have Done** - You have 1-2 years of leadership experience in a distribution center. - You have experience operating heavy machinery including forklift, order picker, and electric pallet jack, and hold a current valid driver's license. - You can read and write basic English. **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**: Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing and pulling are continuously required activities of this position. You have the ability to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy objects up to 30-50 pounds frequently **What You'll Do** - You lead the replenishment team to ensure inventory is pulled from overstock locations, confirmed into picking bins, and transferred to locations in real-time throughout the shift. - You communicate instructions to team members, train them on processes and equipment, and monitor performance — taking corrective action when needed. - You troubleshoot system transaction issues and robots as they arise, keeping the operation moving without unnecessary delays. - You break down empty boxes in zones throughout the shift and perform end-of-shift housekeeping responsibilities. - You ensure a clean and safe work area at all times and follow all safety procedures. - You support shipping and assist in receiving trucks and shipments as directed. - You perform fulfillment duties as needed — picking and packing orders, putting away product, and ensuring inventory accuracy. **How You Show Up** - You show up on time and ready to work — and your team follows your lead. - You follow all safety procedures every time, without exception, and hold your team to the same standard. - You report equipment issues to your supervisor immediately and never let something go unaddressed. - You know and understand the impact of our mission and the Life is Good Superpowers. - You are skilled and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. - You are known for having a positive impact on those around you. **When You Know You're Successful** - You are meeting your daily, weekly, and annual goals and product is accurately stocked in its designated warehouse location. - Your team is trained, performing at or above production rate, and working safely — because of the standard you set and maintain. - You set an excellent example for the people around you and it shows in how the team operates. ## Benefits We’re located in beautiful, scenic Hudson, New Hampshire, and have just moved to a new facility surrounded by green space.
