## Description

📢 **We’re Hiring | Customer Care Delegate Specialist**  
**Location:** Downtown, Cairo, Egypt  

**Limitless Care** is looking for a **Customer Care Specialist** to join our team and ensuring our customers' needs are met with exceptional speed and accuracy.  

**Role Overview:**  
You will represent **Limitless Care**, ensuring our customers' needs are met with exceptional speed and accuracy. Your focus will be on providing high-quality transactional support, resolving immediate issues, and **consistently delivering on our brand promise** to every member of our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Inquiry Management: Handle daily customer interactions across multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat) with a focus on First Contact Resolution.
-   Problem Diagnosis: Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide tailored solutions. 
-   Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM. 
-   Standard Escalations: Recognize when an issue falls outside of standard policy and escalate it to the appropriate department. 
-   Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.

## Requirements

-   **Fresh graduates** or at least 1 year of experience at TPA
-   Exceptional communication skills with an empathetic "customer-first" mindset.
-   Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools.
-   A proactive approach to problem-solving
