**Location:** Field-based (Events & Patient Interaction)

**Limitless Care** is looking for a **Customer Experience Specialist** to join our team and support our patient-focused programs.

**Role Overview:**  
You will represent Limitless Care at events and patient touchpoints, engage directly with patients and healthcare professionals, and ensure a positive, supportive experience at every interaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Attend medical events and patient programs
-   Engage, support, and communicate directly with patients
-   Explain services and guide patients through their journey
-   Represent the company professionally on-site
-   Collect feedback and support service improvement

**Requirements:**

-   **Fresh graduates or final-year undergraduates**
-   Background in **Pharmacy** or Physiotherapy
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Empathetic, professional, and people-oriented
-   Willing to work in a field-based role
