## Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content that supports the company's marketing, communication, and employer branding activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a good eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual materials aligned with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

-   Design creative visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
-   Develop branding materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and corporate communication assets.
-   Create visual content for internal events, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities.
-   Ensure consistency across all designs in line with the company's brand guidelines.
-   Collaborate with the Marketing, People & Culture, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
-   Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets when needed.
-   Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-   Stay updated on design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.
-   Revise designs based on feedback and ensure high-quality final deliverables.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts,Graphic Design, or a related field.
-   1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
-   Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, AI tools ; knowledge of InDesign and motion graphics tools is a plus.
-   Experience designing social media content and digital marketing materials.
-   A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, and attention to detail.
-   Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
-   Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
