## Description

_**Position Summary :**_

The _**Production Engineer**_ will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing daily manufacturing operations at the October Plant to achieve target output, uphold quality standards, and minimize operational downtime. The role will ensure cost-effective resource utilization and adherence to safety guidelines, driving overall plant efficiency and supporting sustainable growth.

_**Job Description :**_

_\- Managing the production personnel amongst the shop floor to achieve the highest productivity at the lowest cost._

_\- Prepare daily production tracking schedules and output reports._

_\- Prepare weekly & daily production plans and workforce needed to fulfill the sales demand as required._

_\- Monitor machine performance, material consumption, and yield metrics._

_\- Conduct root-cause analysis for production failures and output delays._

_\- Supervise floor operators to maintain safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance._

_\- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen)._

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Agriculture or any relevant field
-   3-5 years of experience in Fresh produce, Frozen fruits & Vegetables or FMCG industries.
-   Basic knowledge of Lean methodologies, GMP, HACCP and production efficiencies calculations.
