## Description

●      Conduct regular safety inspections across production, warehouse, and other factory areas.

●      Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and follow up on corrective actions.

●      Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.

●      Monitor machinery safety, fire protection systems, emergency exits, and PPE compliance.

●      Investigate workplace incidents and near misses and recommend preventive measures.

●      Conduct safety inductions and awareness sessions for employees.

●      Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and inspection records & Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure safe operations

## Requirements

●      Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

●      2–4 years of experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing.

●      Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG is preferred.

●      Knowledge of occupational safety regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and fire safety.

●      Familiarity with ISO 45001, GMP, and HACCP principles.

●      Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
