Responsibilities**

-   Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV, electrical, and water systems.
-   Monitor site activities, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and technical standards.
-   Troubleshoot technical issues and support preventive and corrective maintenance.
-   Coordinate materials, equipment, logistics, and site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
-   Review technical drawings, BOQs/BOMs, conduct system testing, inspections, and project handovers.
-   Maintain project documentation, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
-   Travel to project sites across Egypt as required and contribute to continuous operational improvements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
-   Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry.
-   Good understanding of solar PV systems, electrical installations, commissioning, and maintenance.
-   Familiarity with technical drawings, BOQs/BOMs, and engineering software such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, or PVSol is an advantage.
-   Knowledge of electrical components, inverters, batteries, and balance of system equipment.
-   Strong communication, coordination, reporting, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
-   Strong commitment to HSE standards and safe work practices.
-   Willingness to travel and work on project sites across different governorates.
-   Proactive, team-oriented, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work.
