## Description

-   Consolidate, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data.
-   Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
-   Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
-   Perform variance analysis, costing, and profitability assessments, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
-   Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business activities.
-   Act as a finance business partner to the Commercial team, supporting NPDs and new commercial initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting

-   Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
-   Proven experience in **budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis**.
-   Financial modeling & scenario analysis
-   Intermediate skills of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
