## Description

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)

• Capture basic photo and video content for social media (including shooting simple product shots and behind-the-scenes content)

• Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc..)

• Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience in a timely manner

• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)

• Stay updated on trends, and platform updates

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams

• Plan and manage social media campaigns and promotions

## Requirements

**Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field  
**Experience Needed:** 2 years+

-   Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
-   Strong ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
-   Experience in content creation, including posts, stories, reels, and videos
-   Basic skills in photo and video shooting for social media content
-   Hands-on experience managing daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
