## Description

-   _Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring process._
-   _Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting through thoughtful assessment of qualifications and role requirements._
-   _Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates._
-   _Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to facilitate effective recruitment outcomes and positive working relationships._
-   _Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement._
-   _Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency, and responsiveness under changing priorities._
-   _Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction activities to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline._
-   _Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and procedures._

## Requirements

_·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred)._

_·       1 –3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR._

_·       Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferred)_

_·       Strong organizational and administrative skills._

_·       Good proficiency in Microsoft Office._

_·       Positive candidate and hiring manager experience._

_·       Accurate recruitment records and reporting._

_·       Strong English and Arabic communication skills._
