-   Develop and implement research strategies to enhance crop yield, quality, and sustainability.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research priorities and goals.
-   Conduct field trials, experiments, and data collection to assess the feasibility and impact of new technologies and methodologies.
-   Stay abreast of the latest advancements in agricultural technology and recommend their integration into farm operations.
-   Evaluate and adopt precision farming technologies, IoT solutions, and data analytics tools to optimize resource utilization.
-   Lead efforts in crop breeding, genetic enhancement, and disease resistance.
-   Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact.
-   Investigate and promote alternative energy sources and environmentally friendly farming techniques.
-   Manage the R&D team practices, ensuring cost-effective research practices.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in agricultural research and development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
-   Familiarity with modern farming technologies and precision agriculture.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
-   Effective communication and collaboration skills
-   In-depth understanding of agronomy, crop science, and genetics.
-   Familiarity with sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
