## Description

**LMW** on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing company operating in the food industry, is seeking an experienced  **Business Development Manager** to drive international business growth and expand its global customer portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys developing new markets, building long-term partnerships, and identifying business opportunities across Europe and Asia.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute the company's international business development strategy.
-   Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in target international markets.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, hospitality groups, retailers, and food service partners.
-   Expand the company's presence within the HoReCa, hotel, restaurant, café, deli, and premium food sectors.
-   Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
-   Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
-   Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to successful deal closure.
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term account development.
-   Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's international expansion strategy.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
-   **Minimum 5 years of experience** in Business Development, International Sales, or Key Account Management.
-   Previous experience within the **Food & Beverage** industry is highly desirable.
-   Experience in the **Hospitality** sector will be considered a strong asset.
-   Proven track record of developing new markets and generating new business internationally.
-   Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
-   Strong commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
-   Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time).
