## Description

_**Lmw**_ is seeking an Application Developer , on behalf of its client, IBM, a leading multinational IT company. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and motivated professional, specialized in Java technologies, who will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions using Java and modern web technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and related frameworks.
-   Implement and optimize Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Quartz components.
-   Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create dynamic, responsive front-end interfaces.
-   Integrate with legacy systems using EGL and manage Db2 databases.
-   Configure and maintain applications on WebSphere Liberty.
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

## Requirements

-   University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-   Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Quartz.
-   Experience (or familiarity) with Vaadin is highly desirable.
-   Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-   Familiarity with Db2 database management and EGL for legacy system integration.
-   Understanding of WebSphere Liberty application server and its configuration.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Fluency in both Greek and English (spoken and written).
