## Description

**LMW,** on behalf of its client, a leading company in the Productions & Entertainment industry, is seeking a **Marketing Communications Coordinator** to join its team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, execution, and performance monitoring of integrated marketing communication initiatives, supporting content launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Campaign Coordination & Execution**

-   Support the development and implementation of integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
-   Coordinate campaign calendars, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
-   Assist in the execution of content launches, promotional activities, and thematic campaigns.
-   Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all communication channels.

**Vendor & Agency Coordination**

-   Collaborate with advertising, media, and creative agencies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
-   Monitor campaign schedules and support budget tracking and reconciliation processes.
-   Maintain strong relationships with external partners while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

**Digital & Traditional Marketing Support**

-   Coordinate content planning and scheduling across digital platforms and social media channels.
-   Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, and in-app messaging initiatives.
-   Assist in the coordination of traditional media activities, including print, outdoor advertising, radio, and cinema campaigns.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**

-   Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, retention, and ROI.
-   Prepare regular performance reports and post-campaign analyses with actionable insights and recommendations.
-   Support data-driven decision-making through ongoing campaign evaluation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
-   2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related role.
-   Previous experience within Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or a similar fast-paced industry.
-   Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns as well as ATL and BTL marketing activities.
-   Familiarity with social media management, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
-   Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
-   Creative mindset combined with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
