## Description

**LMW** is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Business Development Officer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new market opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
-   Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
-   Prepare and present business proposals, marketing materials, and pitches to prospective clients.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-   1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
