## Description

1) Financial Reporting

-   Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
-   Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

2) Month-End and Year-End Closing

-   Manage the financial reporting including the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss account, balance sheet, management financial report, and regulatory reports and filings

3) Financial Management Operations

-   Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (ie. AP & AR process, GL, Account Reconciliation, etc.)
-   Coordinate and liaise with internal parties
-   Coordinate and liaise with external parties like auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities
-   Support and ensure compliance with finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audit and procedures
-   Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

4) Reconciliation & Audit Schedules

-   Prepare Audit Schedules & Reconciliation

5) Statutory Reporting & Tax Compliance

-   Financial Year-End Audit preparation
-   Corporate Income Tax preparation

## Requirements

-   Professional Accountancy Qualification, Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
-   At least 5 years of working experience, preferably Senior Executive specializing in Accounting & in Retail multi-stores background
-   Must have min intermediate or advance MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
-   A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and multiple deadlines independently
-   Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
