**The role**

We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and the LB e-commerce channel. You will manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation. A key focus is safeguarding the company through proper handling of payment disputes and timely customer notifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounts and Customer Service, to keep operations running seamlessly. You may also support automation and integration projects through UAT, giving you the chance to deepen your knowledge of system processes.

**Main responsibilities** :

**Marketplace Operations (TikTok Shop, SG)**

-   Monitor order integrations to ensure daily orders flow accurately into WMS and SAP.
-   Process order cancellations, including issuing refunds via TikTok and completing the required SAP documentation.
-   Manage TikTok returns, including issuing refunds via TikTok and completing the required SAP documentation.
-   Maintain TikTok inventory accuracy to prevent out-of-stock situations.

**Customer Operations (HQ)**

-   Manage refunds and returns for the LB e-commerce channel, ensuring customer refunds are processed accurately and on time. Maintain SAP documentation so all refunds are correctly accounted for, working closely with the Accounts team.
-   Create replacement orders in the system upon request from the Customer Service team.
-   Manage credit card payment disputes, safeguarding the company against losses and closing any gaps in the process.
-   Handle customer notifications for out-of-stock orders, ensuring refunds are processed in Magento and SAP documentation is completed promptly.

**Projects & Development**

-   You may be involved in automation and integration projects to support UAT, offering the opportunity to deepen your understanding of system processes.

**Support for other Business Operations tasks** 

-   You will be expected to do some covering for team members within the Business Operations team when members are on leave. You will be able to learn more about other aspects of our function!

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Experience**

-   Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
-   Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
-   Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
