**ROLE OVERVIEW:**

We are looking for a **Loss Prevention Coordinator** to protect the company’s inventory, money, assets, employees, and customers, by identifying risks, strengthening controls and coordinating Loss Prevention activities across the assigned region.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES:**

-   Coordinate the Loss Prevention strategy and action plans for the assigned region.
-   Visit stores regularly to assess risks, conduct audits, and monitor compliance with Loss Prevention procedures.
-   Identify and address risks related to theft, fraud, inventory loss, safety, and operational risks.
-   Investigate incidents using all available security systems and resources.
-   Monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems, and ensure proper functioning.
-   Analyze loss data, identify trends, and recommend preventive actions.
-   Deliver Loss Prevention training and support the implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
-   Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions and prepare relevant reports.
-   Develop Loss Prevention Action Plans for stores requiring targeted intervention.
-   Cooperate with the central Loss Prevention team, other departments, and authorities when required.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Internal Audit, or Risk Management, preferably in retail.
-   Previous experience as a Store Manager will be an advantage.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
-   Flexibility, Adaptability & Team Spirit.
-   Very good organizational and communication skills.
-   Strong interpersonal and training skills.
-   Proactive team player with strong work ethic, committed to continuous self-improvement
-   Availability for frequent business travel.
-   Valid Category B driving licence.
-   Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written communication).
-   Excellent PC knowledge (Ms Office) & experience using applications.
