**About the role:**

We are looking for an AI-Enabled Full Stack Consultant / Client Solutions Engineer who can lead client-facing discussions, understand business needs, and translate them into practical web application and dashboard solutions. This role requires a balanced mix of consulting, software development, data analytics, testing, and AI-assisted delivery capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders, using modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate solution design, development, testing, and delivery of high-quality digital products.

## Requirements

**What you'll do:**

-   Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering discussions.
-   Translate business requirements into web application and dashboard solutions.
-   Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies.
-   Build client health and business performance dashboards that provide actionable insights.
-   Integrate and analyse data from multiple systems and sources.
-   Define and implement key business metrics, KPIs, data visualisations, and reporting solutions.
-   Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
-   Troubleshoot production and application issues while ensuring solution reliability and performance.
-   Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and data teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
-   Drive projects independently from requirement gathering through delivery and support..

**What we're looking for:**

-   5+ years of experience in web application development and solution delivery.
-   Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.
-   Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools and prompt engineering techniques.
-   Strong understanding of SQL, data modelling, analytics, ETL processes, and reporting concepts.
-   Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom web-based reporting solutions.
-   Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test automation.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
-   Ability to independently own solution design, development, testing, and delivery.
-   Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
-   Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
-   Experience with data APIs, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms.
-   Exposure to Agile, Kanban, AI Flow, or modern AI-assisted software development methodologies.
-   Basic understanding of machine learning, AI agents, or GenAI-based solutions
