## Description

Join a dynamic people team at LSH Auto, a leading UK Mercedes-Benz retailer. We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing practical support to managers and colleagues.

You’ll play a key role in managing employee relations cases, coaching managers and improving people processes, helping to create a positive and well-managed working environment.

**Hours:** 40 hours per week  
**Salary:** £40,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, practical and compliant advice to managers.
-   Coach line managers on performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
-   Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment law best practices.
-   Support employee development and career growth initiatives across the business.
-   Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to improvements in people processes.

## Requirements

-   A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR advisory or similar role, including handling employee relations and HR casework.
-   Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
-   Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, and advising stakeholders at all management levels.
-   Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   Robust verbal and written communication skills.
-   Ability to maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes.
-   Experience using Excel.
-   Eligibility to work in the UK.
