We work across new and used vehicle sales while also supporting customers through a full range of aftersales services, including servicing, MOTs, repairs, tyres, and parts. As a New Car Sales Executive - Mercedes Benz, you will play an important role in creating a first-class buying experience for customers. This is an opportunity to combine relationship-building, commercial awareness, and product knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle while contributing to a high-performing sales environment. You will be a key part of representing the brand, understanding customer needs, and supporting successful outcomes from first conversation to final handover.

Hours - 40

Salary - £27,010 plus OTE plus Company Car

### Responsibilities

-   Guide customers from initial enquiry through vehicle handover with a premium experience.
-   Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional showroom experience.
-   Demonstrate vehicle features, arrange test drives, and match buyers to suitable models.
-   Negotiate pricing and finance packages to achieve sales and revenue targets.
-   Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads to maximise conversions.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   At least 2 years of automotive sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
-   Experience building rapport with showroom customers and converting enquiries into sales.
-   Confidence discussing finance options and negotiating effectively with customers.
-   Experience using a CRM system for lead follow-up and maintaining accurate customer records.
-   A valid UK driving licence and confidence conducting customer test drives.
-   Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
