## Description

LSH Auto is a UK premium automotive retailer and a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership, offering new and used vehicles alongside comprehensive aftersales services.

As Van Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping commercial success within the van sales function. This is an opportunity to lead a customer-focused team, drive performance, and influence strategic growth in a fast-paced automotive environment, while building strong relationships internally and with customers.

Salary - £46,125 plus OTE up to £40,600, plus company car

Hours - 40

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and motivate the van sales team to achieve targets.
-   Manage daily sales operations and deliver an exceptional customer journey.
-   Develop sales strategies that increase profitability and grow market share.
-   Oversee vehicle stock, pricing, promotions, and pipeline management.
-   Monitor performance and report forecasts, market trends, and results to leadership.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in an automotive commercial sales management role.
-   Experience leading and coaching a sales team.
-   Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving profitability in commercial vehicle sales.
-   Knowledge of vehicle finance, compliance, stock control, and forecasting.
-   Experience negotiating, communicating with, and managing long-term relationships with key account clients.
-   A valid UK driving licence.
-   Eligibility to work in the UK.
