## Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to support existing customers while helping develop new business opportunities. This position combines customer service, order support, sales follow-up, and proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Respond to customer inquiries, pricing requests, and product questions.
-   Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities.
-   Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
-   Contact prospective customers by phone and email to introduce products and qualify opportunities.
-   Follow up on samples, quotations, and previous customer inquiries.
-   Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve customer needs.
-   Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM.
-   Help achieve monthly and annual sales and customer-retention goals.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of customer service, inside sales, or B2B sales experience preferred.
-   Strong communication and follow-up skills.
-   Organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers.
-   Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, email, and online research tools.
-   Experience in lighting, electrical, electronics, Architectural products, or manufacturing is a plus.
-   This is not a remote position.
