Now, we’re looking for a **Flutter Developer** who wants to build fast, take ownership, and grow with us.

### What You’ll Do

-   Build and ship new mobile features with Flutter
-   Work closely with product, design, and backend teams
-   Take ownership of features from idea to production
-   Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
-   Move **fast**, test **fast**, and learn **fast**
-   Debug real user problems and turn them into better product experiences
-   Help shape the mobile architecture of a product used by millions

## Requirements

-   3+ years of mobile development experience
-   Strong hands-on experience with Flutter
-   Familiarity with **Bloc or Cubit** state management
-   Experience using **Firebase** in production
-   **At least 1 live mobile app** reference on App Store or Google Play
-   Strong understanding of mobile app architecture
-   Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
-   High ownership mindset and strong problem-solving skills

### Nice to Have

-   Experience with B2C subscription-based mobile apps
-   Experience with Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, or A/B testing
-   Experience improving app performance and stability
-   Interest in AI, education, language learning, or consumer mobile products
-   Experience working on products with global users
