We're looking for a **Mobile Growth Manager** to help us scale our mobile apps across global markets.

### What You'll Do

-   Own mobile user acquisition across Meta, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other paid channels.
-   Optimize the full mobile growth funnel—from installs and onboarding to subscription conversion, retention, and LTV.
-   Monitor and improve key metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, CAC, retention, and payback.
-   Work closely with Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve growth performance.
-   Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing, and app store assets.
-   Identify new acquisition opportunities, markets, and growth strategies.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   3+ years of experience growing mobile apps.
-   Strong experience with subscription-based mobile products.
-   Hands-on experience managing Meta, Google App Campaigns, and Apple Search Ads.
-   Strong understanding of mobile attribution, SKAN, AppsFlyer or Adjust, and mobile analytics.
-   Experience optimizing subscription funnels and improving LTV.
-   Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience with TikTok Ads.
-   Experience growing AI-powered consumer apps.
-   Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or SQL.
-   You actively use AI tools in your daily workflow.
