**🗨️ About the position**

We are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager (Team Lead) to lead the Lunit HQ Marketing team at our Seoul headquarters. Reporting to SVP of Marketing, this role is responsible for driving marketing execution across Korea and other HQ-managed markets, translating global marketing strategies into locally relevant programs that support commercial growth.

You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team spanning regional marketing, digital marketing, and design. Working closely with Global Marketing, Product, Sales, Medical, and regional stakeholders, you will ensure global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives are effectively localized and executed while maintaining alignment with Lunit's global strategy and brand standards.

**🚩 Roles & Responsibilities**

-   **Regional marketing strategy:** Develop and execute plans aligned with global marketing priorities and regional commercial objectives, ensuring effective localization and execution across HQ-managed markets.
-   **Team leadership**: Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team across regional marketing, digital marketing, and design; establish clear goals, manage performance, and foster a culture of collaboration.
-   **Campaign localization & execution**: Adapt and execute global marketing campaigns, product launches, and initiatives to meet the needs of local markets, customers, distributors, and channel partners.
-   **Brand & communications**: Execute global brand and communications strategies within Korea and HQ-managed markets, ensuring local relevance while maintaining brand consistency across all channels, including PR, corporate communications, customer stories, and thought leadership.
-   **Digital marketing & demand generation**: Lead regional digital marketing performance, including campaign execution, marketing automation, lead management processes, and reporting.
-   **Events & customer engagement**: Plan and execute regional events, webinars, and customer engagement programs that support pipeline generation, customer retention, and brand visibility.
-   **Partner & distributor marketing**: Support subsidiaries, distributors, and channel partners with localized marketing programs, campaigns, sales enablement materials, and market development initiatives.
-   **Cross-functional & global alignment**: Collaborate closely with Global Marketing, Product & Clinical Marketing, Sales, Medical, regional teams, subsidiaries, and distributors to ensure consistent execution and effective market activation.
-   **Market intelligence & feedback**: Act as the voice of the region by providing customer, market, competitive, and channel insights to support global marketing, product, and commercial decision-making.
-   **Budget & operations**: Manage regional marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors; ensure effective resource allocation, strong marketing operations, and compliance with healthcare industry regulations and internal processes.

## Requirements

**🎯 Qualifications**

-   8+ years of professional marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a team
-   Proven experience executing integrated marketing programs across digital marketing, communications, events, demand generation, and regional market activation within a B2B environment
-   Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, digital health, or other regulated industries
-   Experience localizing global marketing strategies and campaigns for regional markets
-   Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
-   Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, marketing effectiveness, and ROI
-   Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across regional and global teams
-   Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
-   Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken); able to operate effectively in a global business environment

**🏅 Preferred Experiences**

-   Experience marketing medical AI, Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), medical imaging, or oncology-related products
-   Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or multi-market regional organizations
-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
-   Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
-   Experience supporting regional execution of global brands, product launches, or integrated marketing campaigns
