## Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Application Engineer** to support industrial refrigeration and heat-transfer applications. This role will work closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to evaluate technical requirements, select appropriate equipment, and provide application support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

-   Review customer specifications, drawings, and operating requirements.
-   Perform equipment selections and support sizing of industrial refrigeration and heat-transfer products.
-   Prepare technical proposals, specifications, and supporting documentation.
-   Partner with Sales and customers to develop appropriate technical solutions.
-   Support projects from quotation through manufacturing and post-sale technical support.
-   Troubleshoot application and product-related technical issues.
-   Collaborate with U.S. and international engineering teams.
-   Travel domestically and internationally for training, customer meetings, and project support.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field preferred.
-   **3–5 years of experience** in industrial refrigeration, HVAC/R, heat transfer, or related engineered equipment.
-   Experience with **evaporators, condensers, coils, dry coolers, heat exchangers, or industrial refrigeration systems** preferred.
-   Knowledge of refrigeration principles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
-   Ability to read technical drawings and customer specifications.
-   Strong technical, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.
-   Must be able to obtain a passport and **travel internationally**.
