## Description

At **Luxarabia Real Estate**, we specialize in luxury real estate and premium property marketing across Dubai. We are looking for a talented and creative **Video Editor** to join our growing content team and take ownership of the editing and post-production of our real estate video content. This is a **post-production role only.** No filming is required

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Edit and post-produce **organic and paid real estate advertising content**
-   Edit engaging **Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and other short-form content**
-   Edit **YouTube videos, podcasts and long-form content**
-   Transform raw footage into polished, engaging and premium-quality videos
-   Add **subtitles, transitions, animations, sound effects and graphic elements** where appropriate
-   Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, formats and aspect ratios
-   Follow Luxarabia's established **visual guidelines**, including fonts, colors, subtitles, graphics and editing style
-   Maintain consistency in visual quality and storytelling across all content
-   Select and synchronize appropriate music, sound effects and audio
-   Ensure accurate subtitles, clean cuts, smooth transitions and professional pacing
-   Work according to the **content calendar** and meet agreed deadlines
-   Coordinate with the Community Manager and content team to ensure timely delivery of final assets
-   Make revisions and adjustments based on creative feedback
-   Stay up to date with current **social media video trends, editing techniques and real estate content formats**
-   Organize and manage video project files and assets efficiently

## Requirements

-   Previous professional **video editing experience within the real estate industry is required**
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating **real estate, property and social media video content**
-   Good understanding of **Dubai real estate and property marketing content**
-   Experience creating content for **Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta Ads**
-   Ability to create **modern, dynamic, engaging and premium-quality content**
-   Proficiency in professional video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent**
-   Good understanding of audio editing, sound design and color correction
-   Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality
-   Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills
