## Description

**1\. 360° Brand Management & Business Execution**

-   **Business Objectives:** Assist Senior Brand Manager in formulating and executing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with corporate KPIs. Actively monitor the portfolio’s P&L and A&P spend to optimize brand investments and maximize ROI.
-   **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Serve as the proactive, hands-on brand PIC, leading collaboration across Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Retail Operations to ensure smooth, end-to-end execution.
-   **Reporting & Analysis:** Consolidate comprehensive post-campaign reports and monthly business reviews by tracking sales metrics, ROI, and market trends. Proactively conduct mid-campaign analyses to identify gaps and implement agile improvement plans to optimize results before a campaign concludes.

**2\. Digital & E-Commerce Acceleration**

-   **Marketplace & Campaign Excellence:** Drive digital revenue growth by planning and executing monthly commercial campaigns across key marketplace platforms (including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Zalora).
-   **Influencer & Content Ecosystem:** Oversee the KOL/KOC strategy, livestreaming schedules, and affiliate marketing programs to build brand visibility and accelerate online sell-out performance.
-   **Social & Digital Engagement:** Deploy structured social media and digital marketing strategies aimed at strengthening brand equity, expanding community engagement, and improving online conversion funnels.

**3\. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management**

-   **Product Portfolio Management:** Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial demand forecasting and regulatory compliance/product registration tracking to pre-launch strategy, official launch execution, Stock on Hand (SOH) health, and discontinuation.
-   **Inventory Coordination:** Collaborate closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure optimal stock management for upcoming launches and core monthly business needs.

**4\. Omnichannel Marketing & Retail Strategy**

-   **Trade & Retail Marketing:** Partner with trade partners and sales teams to develop tailored trade initiatives, optimizing brand exposure, promotional mechanics, visual merchandising (VM), and physical sell-out performance across all touchpoints.
-   **Omnichannel Integration:** Execute cohesive omnichannel marketing plans utilizing strategic partnerships, CRM loyalty initiatives, consumer events, and targeted sampling programs to effectively recruit and retain customers.

## Requirements

-   **Education & Experience:** Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of brand management experience in a reputable FMCG, Beauty, or Retail company.
-   **Problem-Solving & Precision:** A proactive self-starter who genuinely enjoys problem-solving, possesses the resilience to navigate changing retail dynamics, and brings a sharp attention to detail to every aspect of the role.
-   **Omnichannel Fluency:** A proven track record of driving marketplace initiatives and digital marketing activations, with ideal experience balancing both online and offline campaign planning.
-   **Communication & Tools:** Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
