Key Responsibilities

**E-Commerce Marketing & Campaign Ownership**

-   Propose, and execute comprehensive communication strategies for all e-commerce marketing and trade activities.
-   Plan and launch all major brand milestones, including brand launching, new product introductions, and targeted consumer events designed to maximize online sales and brand awareness.
-   Build and maintain a powerful brand presence across all major social networks, optimizing channels to enhance online visibility and audience growth.

**PR, Event Management & Logistics**

-   Propose and execute the planning of PR events and activities across the brand portfolio, including press invitations, media liaison, RSVP tracking, and overall event management.
-   Support of event logistics: source and manage venues, food & beverage, event materials, setups, and brief all external parties to ensure flawless execution
-   Manage external contractors, agencies, and partners: handle the end-to-end process from securing competitive quotations to briefing them on specific brand requirements and monitoring project delivery.

Influencer & Community Building

-   Establish deep relationships and regularly engage with key influencers to cultivate authentic brand advocacy and "brand love."
-   Continuously expand the influencer network, identifying new creators and consumer tribes to maximize brand engagement and reach.

**B2B Channel & Market Expansion**

-   Proactively explore and develop B2B channels, including chain stores, perfumeries, and specialty retailers, to drive sales volume.

-   Identify and capitalize on strategic partnerships within these B2B channels to broaden the brand’s market share and physical footprint.

**Market Intelligence & Reporting**

-   Conduct routine research and compile market, competitor, and business intelligence data to keep the team agile and ahead of trends.
-   Oversee necessary administrative duties, including campaign performance/monthly reporting, invoice processing, and product sampling management.

## Requirements

**Experience:**

-   Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Brand Management, E-commerce Marketing, PR, or a similar role (FMCG, Beauty, or Retail experience is highly preferred),

**Skills:**

-   Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and digital marketing metrics; interest in beauty, fragrances, and luxury cosmetics.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; Photoshop/Canva/Figma skills preferred.
-   Proven experience in event management, PR liaison, and influencer relation mapping.
-   Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
-   A commercial mindset with the ability to initiate and pitch to B2B partners.
