## Description

**Role Purpose**

The B2B Executive is responsible for supporting the growth and development of the brands business-to-business sales channels. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring excellent service delivery to corporate and commercial clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1\. Business Development & Sales Support**

·       Support the execution of B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

·       Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

·       Assist in developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline across targeted industries and customer segments.

·       Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective clients.

**2\. Account Management**

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.

·       Support the management of key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.

·       Respond promptly to customer enquiries, quotations, product information requests, and after-sales support needs.

·       Follow up on sales opportunities and customer feedback to drive business growth.

**3\. Proposal & Project Coordination**

·       Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation for clients.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, installation, and project execution.

·       Support tender submissions and customer onboarding processes where required.

·       Monitor project timelines and customer requirements to ensure successful delivery.

**4\. Market Intelligence & Business Insights**

·       Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

·       Identify opportunities for new partnerships, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

·       Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business planning and strategy development.

**5\. Reporting & Administration**

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within CRM systems.

·       Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and account performance summaries.

·       Support forecasting and business planning activities.

·       Ensure all sales documentation and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

**6\. Cross-Functional Collaboration**

·       Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support customer requirements and business objectives.

·       Support B2B events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking activities.

Collaborate with Training teams to ensure customers and partners receive relevant product education and support.

## Requirements

**Qualifications and Experience:**

·     Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.

·     Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management.

·     Experience within the luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry is an advantage.

·     Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·     Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.

Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
