**Position Purpose**

The Key Account Executive is responsible for supporting the management and growth of assigned retail accounts by ensuring efficient execution of commercial activities, sales administration, inventory management, and customer relationship management. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and retail partners to drive sales performance, ensure product availability, and support the successful execution of business plans and promotional activities. 

**Key Responsibilities**  
  
Sales Performance & Account Support 

-   Support the achievement of sales targets across assigned retail accounts and channels. 

-   Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare sales reports for management review. 

-   Track sales trends, identify gaps against targets, and highlight risks or opportunities to the Key Account Manager. 

-   Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, business reviews, and account performance reports. 

-   Support the execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities. 

Key Account Management 

-   Build and maintain positive working relationships with retail buyers, store personnel, and business partners. 

-   Serve as a day-to-day contact for operational matters relating to assigned accounts. 

-   Coordinate with customers on orders, deliveries, product launches, promotions, and operational requirements. 

-   Support account meetings and business reviews by preparing reports, sales analyses, and presentation materials. 

-   Ensure timely communication and follow-up on customer requests and enquiries. 

Inventory & Order Management 

-   Monitor stock availability and inventory levels across assigned retail accounts. 

-   Coordinate order processing, replenishment planning, and stock allocation with Supply Chain and Operations teams. 

-   Track sell-through performance and identify potential stock shortages or overstock situations. 

-   Support inventory planning activities during product launches, promotions, and peak sales periods. 

-   Assist in managing ageing inventory and implementing corrective action plans where required. 

Commercial Execution 

-   Support the implementation of promotional activities, product launches, roadshows, and retail campaigns. 

-   Coordinate with Marketing and Retail Operations teams to ensure timely execution of commercial initiatives. 

-   Monitor promotional performance and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness. 

-   Ensure all commercial activities are executed according to agreed timelines and brand standards. 

Retail Execution & Visibility 

-   Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, display standards, and promotional execution. 

-   Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are implemented correctly across assigned retail locations. 

-   Report competitor activities, market trends, pricing observations, and business opportunities. 

-   Work closely with Retail Operations teams to address operational issues affecting sales performance. 

Sales Administration & Reporting 

-   Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, promotions, and account activities. 

-   Prepare regular sales reports, inventory analyses, and business performance updates. 

-   Support monthly sales reconciliation and account performance reviews. 

-   Ensure accuracy of commercial data and timely submission of reports. 

Sales Administration & Reporting 

-   Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Training teams. 

-   Provide operational support for product launches, promotional campaigns, and business initiatives. 

-   Share customer feedback and market intelligence with relevant stakeholders. 

-   Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field. 
-   Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, key account management, commercial operations, trade marketing, or retail management. 
-   Experience within the luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry is an advantage. 
-   Fresh graduates with strong commercial acumen and relevant internship experience may be considered.
