## Description

-   Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrance products.
-   Recommend the ideal fragrance product to customers according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
-   Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty.
-   Basic housekeeping of work area.
-   Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take.
-   May be required to be involved in new beauty products launches & related events.

## Requirements

**Requirements** 

-   Relevant retail experience in fragrance products.
-   Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
-   Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
-   Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance.
-   Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
