## Description

**Role Purpose**

The B2B Manager is responsible for developing and growing brand business-to-business sales channel in Malaysia. This role drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1\. Business Development & Sales Growth**

·       Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

·       Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across key sectors including hospitality, corporate offices, healthcare, education, government, property developers, and commercial establishments.

·       Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive sustainable business growth.

·       Develop account plans and sales strategies for key customers and strategic partners.

**2\. Key Account Management**

·        Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, business partners, distributors, consultants, and procurement teams.

·       Manage and grow existing B2B accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

·       Conduct regular business reviews and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

·       Ensure effective after-sales support and long-term relationship management.

**3\. Commercial & Contract Management**

·       Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management with customers and partners.

·       Prepare business proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations.

·       Ensure all commercial agreements align with company policies and profitability targets.

·       Monitor project delivery and customer commitments to ensure successful execution.

**4\. Market Development & Partnerships**

·       Identify emerging market trends, industry developments, and new business opportunities.

·       Develop strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and business reach.

·       Collaborate with Marketing teams on trade events, exhibitions, and B2B marketing initiatives.

·       Represent the brand at industry events, networking functions, and business forums.

**5\. Forecasting & Reporting**

·       Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates.

·       Track key account performance and provide regular business insights to management.

·       Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and risks.

·       Maintain accurate records within CRM and sales management systems.

**6\. Cross-Functional Collaboration**

·       Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution.

·       Collaborate with Training teams to ensure B2B customers and partners receive appropriate product knowledge support.

Support product launches and market expansion initiatives within the B2B channel.

## Requirements

**Qualifications and Experience:**

·     Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.

·     Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, business development, or commercial management.

·     Experience within the luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry highly preferred.

·     Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.

·     Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and account management.
