## Description

Role Purpose 

The Retail Operations Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and performance of retail business across all direct/stand-alone stores. This role focuses on sales performance tracking, stock management, retail execution, visual merchandising compliance, customer experience, and operational excellence to ensure achievement of business objectives and brand standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Sales Performance Management 

-   Support the achievement of retail sales targets and key business KPIs across all direct/stand-alone stores. 

-   Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action. 

-   Prepare and maintain retail sales reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management review. 

-   Track store productivity metrics including conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer traffic. 

-   Work closely with Retail, Marketing, and Commercial teams to execute product launches, campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations. 

-   Support the implementation and communication of monthly sales targets and initiatives to retail teams. 

2. Retail Operations & Stock Management 

-   Monitor stock availability across all stores to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability. 

-   Coordinate replenishment requests and stock transfers with Supply Chain and Commercial teams. 

-   Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy. 

-   Monitor slow-moving, ageing, and out-of-stock products and recommend corrective actions. 

-   Support inventory planning activities during promotional periods, product launches, and peak trading seasons. 

-   Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and stock control policies. 

3. Retail Team Support 

-   Support onboarding and operational training for new retail employees. 

-   Monitor retail team compliance with grooming, attendance, operational procedures, and company policies. 

-   Assist Retail Managers and Store Managers in coordinating manpower requirements and store coverage. 

-   Support the execution of retail incentive programs and performance recognition initiatives. 

-   Maintain accurate retail personnel records and operational documentation. 

4. Visual Merchandising & Store Standards 

-   Ensure compliance with the brand visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards across all retail locations. 

-   Coordinate the installation of promotional materials, product displays, and launch assets. 

-   Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency in merchandising execution. 

-   Ensure product displays, demonstration units, testers, and fixtures are properly maintained and functional. 

-   Work closely with Marketing and Retail teams to execute campaign launches and seasonal updates. 

5. Customer Experience & CRM 

-   Support initiatives to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. 

-   Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the retail experience. 

-   Support customer data collection and CRM activities in accordance with company objectives. 

-   Ensure retail teams consistently deliver premium customer service standards aligned with MY Premium Lifestyle Brand's brand values. 

-   Assist in resolving customer service issues and escalate concerns when necessary. 

6. Sales Administration & Reporting 

-   Maintain accurate retail sales records and operational data. 

-   Ensure timely submission of sales reports, stock reports, and retail performance updates. 

-   Support monthly business reviews through data analysis and performance reporting. 

-   Coordinate with Finance and relevant stakeholders on retail sales reconciliation and operational reporting requirements. 

-   Ensure accuracy and integrity of retail operational data. 

7. Retail Excellence & Compliance 

-   Support the implementation of retail operational standards, policies, and SOPs. 

-   Conduct in store audits and operational assessments to ensure compliance. 

-   Monitor adherence to customer service, grooming, merchandising, and operational standards. 

-   Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend best practices. 

-   Ensure stores maintain a safe, clean, and professional retail environment at all times.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. 

-   Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, retail administration, sales operations, or store management. 

-   Experience within the luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry is preferred. 

-   Experience working with multiple retail locations or department store counters is an advantage.
