**Job Summary**

This role leads regional supply chain planning and inventory management across Hong Kong, Singapore, and SEA markets. It is responsible for driving SLOB optimization, forecasting excellence, logistics execution, and cross-functional alignment. The position plays a key role in improving inventory health, and ensuring operational efficiency while supporting business growth, innovation, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1\. Planning, Allocation & Forecasting Excellence**

-   Own the Monthly Planning Book (PB) process, including consolidation, segmentation, and alignment across markets Hong Kong, Singapore & Southeast Asia
-   Drive timely updates for missing forecasts, including NPD pipeline and new planning cycles in JDA
-   Provide strategic updates on NPD pipeline and ensure integration into planning cycles
-   Lead & manage SEA Markets monthly allocation based on frozen month

**2\. Hong Kong - Inventory & SLOB Management**

-   Lead end-to-end SLOB (Slow-Moving & Obsolete Inventory) strategy for Hong Kong
-   Establish and monitor SLOB KPIs, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
-   Provide strategic insights to optimize inventory levels and reduce obsolescence
-   Provide consolidated Hong Kong inventory overview and actionable insights to stakeholders
-   Drive monthly and quarterly Hong Kong write-off processes, ensuring compliance and operational control, including:

-   Proposals/approvals
-   Consumption tracking
-   Expiry management
-   Inventory balance (IB) discrepancy resolution

**3\. Hong Kong - Inbound & Order Processing**

-   Oversee Hong Kong inbound operations, including discrepancy resolution and urgent GR management
-   Lead PO creation, intercompany transfer coordination, and shipment tracking governance
-   Ensure visibility through supply tracking tools and proactive issue management
-   Lead and process Hong Kong Sales orders, including Departmental stores, chain stores & perfumeries
-   In charge of Free of Charge process - SIV (SG & HK)

**4\. Hong Kong - Outbound Logistics & Export Management**

-   Manage end-to-end export operations, including:

-   Freight strategy and cost optimization (negotiation)
-   Forwarder performance management
-   Shipment tracking and delivery assurance
-   Proof of Delivery (POD) compliance

-   Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and service levels

**5\. Hong Kong - Warehouse & System Governance**

-   Oversee inventory transactions in ERP systems (e.g., SAP MIGO, SLOC transfers)
-   Ensure accuracy in bundling/unbundling processes and stock movements
-   Strengthen system and process controls to ensure data integrity

**6\. Singapore - Regulatory & Quality Compliance**

-   Co-Lead H.S.A product registration tracking with weekly governance
-   Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements across markets

**7\. Cross-Functional & Financial Collaboration**

-   Partner with Finance to support monthly reporting and marketing material requirements
-   Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to align supply strategies with business goals

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
-   Fresh Graduate or 2–3 years of experience in Order processing, logistics, demand planning, or related functions
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
-   Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with planning tools is a plus
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
-   Self-driven and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
-   Familiarity with S&OP processes is an advantage
-   Able to perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by Manager
