## Description

Sbarro is looking for friendly and motivated Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you’ll help deliver great food and outstanding customer service while working in a fun, team-oriented environment. Whether you’re preparing fresh pizza, assisting guests, or helping keep the restaurant running smoothly, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
-   Take customer orders accurately and provide fast, efficient service
-   Prepare pizzas, food items, and beverages according to Sbarro standards
-   Ensure food quality, presentation, and freshness meet company expectations
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining, and service areas
-   Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health procedures
-   Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-   Assist with stocking ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
-   Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
-   Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy shifts
-   Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned

## Requirements

-   No experience required — training provided
-   Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-   Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
-   Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
