**Carl's Jr.** is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused **Team Members** to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you'll help prepare our signature burgers, chicken, fries, and other menu favorites while delivering outstanding customer service in a clean and welcoming environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service.
-   Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
-   Prepare burgers, chicken, fries, breakfast items, and other menu offerings according to Carl's Jr. standards.
-   Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and service stations.
-   Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
-   Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
-   Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed throughout each shift.
-   Work as part of a team to keep restaurant operations running smoothly during busy periods.
-   Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning responsibilities as assigned.

## Requirements

-   No experience required — training provided
-   Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-   Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
-   Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
-   Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
