## Description

KFC is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you will help create an outstanding guest experience by delivering great customer service, preparing quality food, and supporting smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
-   Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
-   Prepare food items according to KFC recipes and quality standards
-   Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas
-   Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
-   Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-   Assist with stocking supplies, restocking inventory, and general restaurant upkeep
-   Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fast and efficient service during busy periods
-   Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   No experience required — training provided
-   Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-   Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
-   Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
