We're looking for an experienced **General Manager** to lead one of our Popeyes restaurants. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

### What You'll Do

-   Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness.
-   Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
-   Drive sales growth while managing labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability.
-   Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
-   Create a positive work environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
-   Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve operational goals.
-   Maintain staffing levels and build a strong talent pipeline.
-   Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service.

### What We're Looking For

-   3+ years of General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
-   Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations.
-   Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
-   Experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
