LV Petroleum is looking for **Restaurant Team Members** to join our growing team! We are hiring **Cooks, Hosts/Hostesses, and Servers** who are friendly, dependable, hardworking, and ready to provide an excellent experience for every guest.

Our restaurant team works together to create a welcoming environment, prepare and serve quality food, and keep the restaurant running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

### Cooks

Our Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking quality food while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and company standards.
-   Cook food to the proper temperature and quality standards.
-   Operate grills, fryers, ovens, stovetops, and other kitchen equipment safely.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
-   Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
-   Properly store, label, and rotate food and supplies.
-   Assist with stocking and inventory as needed.
-   Work with servers and other team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and timely.
-   Help maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

### Hosts & Hostesses

Our Hosts and Hostesses are often the first and last impression a guest has of our restaurant. They are responsible for providing a warm welcome and helping ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet guests promptly and warmly as they enter the restaurant.
-   Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
-   Manage the waitlist and communicate estimated wait times when needed.
-   Answer guest questions and assist with requests.
-   Keep the entrance, host stand, and dining areas clean and organized.
-   Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
-   Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed.
-   Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
-   Help create a positive experience for every guest.

### Servers

Our Servers provide excellent customer service while accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
-   Accurately take food and beverage orders.
-   Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and other team members.
-   Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
-   Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs.
-   Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
-   Accurately process guest checks and payments.
-   Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations when appropriate.
-   Work closely with hosts, cooks, and other restaurant team members.
-   Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
